Mr. Naresh Kumar Garg

Naresh Kumar Garg has been instrumental in not only leading this company in an unmapped but high potential growth sector like Sanitary ware but also responsible for the strong market leadership position which the company has achieved over the last decade.

• He started his journey in 1986 with manufacturing of Sheet Metal components for LG, Philips, Salora, Havells for their appliances like AC, Refrigerator, Geysers, TV, Washing Machine and Lights etc.
• He is credited with turning around the company and putting it on the path to profitable growth.
• He played a pivotal role in putting the company on the map across Pan India.
• Mr. Naresh has decades of experience with vast knowledge and understanding of the industry and has mastered the territories of Manufacturing plant performance improvement and quality improvement related issues.
• As the Managing Director of the company apart from its founder, Naresh oversees overall business and works closely with all the other business heads of the company in order to strategize and drive growth.
• He is qualified with Diploma in Mechanical engineer and has also done Training Resource and Development Course (TRDC) from Delhi.

Mr. Archit Garg

Archit Garg is involved in strategic decisions and works closely with all the other business heads of the company in order to strategize and execution. Having diversified experience in the field of Business Development, Operations and New Initiatives, he is also taking up the onus of Research & Development and Innovation Centre..

• Archit has been closely focusing on the international business and trying to organize and provide better structure to the growing Sanitary ware segment.
• He is playing a key role in putting Pearl Precision Product Pvt. Ltd. on the map in around the world.
• He has done Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from SP Jain, Mumbai and completed his B.Tech in Mechanical & Automation from Amity University, Noida.

Mr. Rachit Garg

• Rachit is a Gold Medallist in Bachelor of Business Administration in Family Business Management & an MBA in Marketing and Sales from Amity University, Noida
• At Sparsh Pearl he contributes in Strategic Planning & Brand Promotion. Being “Tech-Curious" at heart, among other business priorities, he leads the technology evolution practices in the company.
• He has been awarded “Young Entrepreneur Achiever” by Dreamlife foundation, New Delhi.

Mr. Shivansh Sharma
